Modular vacuum dispersion system for product quantities from 30 to 600 liters
The DISPERMAT® SC4 and DISPERMAT® SC4-EX production dissolvers can be quickly equipped with the VH4 vacuum dispersion system. The modular vacuum system is suitable for dispersing high viscosity products under vacuum. This prevents air inclusions during production.
After the liquid and powder components have been added, the vacuum cover can be lowered onto the vacuum container. The actual dispersion process can now be run and the product is set into a turbulence free rolling motion. If vacuum is required the vacuum pump can be switched on. The impeller height can easily be raised or lowered during the dispersion process even under vacuum.
The cover is equipped with a product feed system as a standard. Various options, such as LED lighting, a PT100 temperature sensor, a Liquiphant level switch (also in ATEX), or sight glasses and various filling funnels are available for the container cover.
Suitable single or double-walled vacuum containers (temperature controlled) are available.
